SCAM with offering computer services 'on line'. They are a company from INDIA and take your deposit and offer no service by their phones, which are now not operating.
One time I waited 45 minutes and still no assistance. I paid with PAYPAL and was too late to find out that I passed my deadline for asking to cancel my Credit Card payment to this INDIA company.
I sent emails, I continued to try and call, but no results. They are a big INDIA Ripoff for clients wishing to pay for computer assistance, online.
Do not use any computer assistance 'online' service if they are coming from INDIA. You become another scammed like I was. It really makes you mad because there must be decent companies wishing to help, but not this company.
Remember the name: Muthusamy Rajamasi with 'customerservice@hometechsonline.com"
Check with your BBB before giving your Credit Card number to them.
