Homecomings Financial And Accredited Home Lenders Mortgage fraud /appraisal fraud uncovered but Homecomings and accredited home lenders avoids publicity of this San Diego California And Dallas Texas Florida

The crime I am reporting is mortgage fraud where I was talked into by a friend to use my credit report for a home. He has a real estate investment company and he was to revamp the house and make a profit and I was told that this was legal . Well, he never made the mortgage payments on the house and did 8 others that I know of and put renters and collected from them meanwhile. At the closing table, his company Seaside Advantage collected 65k to do the additions to the house etc but he is no where to be found.

I was conned and after reporting this to the fbi, economic crimes bureau, local authorities and even the Congressman in the area, nothing has been done. A whole neighborhood in Coral Gables Florida has been ruined because of this crime ring. The fbi only told me that the couple are on the SARs list and they know about this well organized crime ring which involves appraisers, title companies, real estate lenders and a notary.

They have walked away with millions but yet the fbi's so-called "operation quick flip" is doing nothing. The culprits of this act went to my attorney and admitted that this was a scam and that they will make things right and begged for mercy but yet this has done nothing . I have gathered audio evidence and physical evidence but yet this isn't enough. They keep doing about 12 of these a year, walking away with almost a million dollars a year but yet the banks are still going after me after I have explained to them that their is an insider within them and this is why they are covering this up.

Please assist my attorney with this complex issue as he cannot handle the complexity but I am willing to do anything to have these criminals behind bars for this type of mortgage fraud which is fraud for profit where everyone is making a kickback fee with appraisals inflated and title companies paid to look the other way.
