Madera, CA. In October 2016 my family and I lost our home and evertihng in it, due to a fire we were thankful to have woke up that night! the house was on fire while we were sleeping.... Months went by living in a fifthwheel on our property we were in search for a quick home option, a manufacted home would take 8 weeks! Not the dream home but A HOME for us! A room for my son to have, and place to cook meals, and be together. Call HOMEOWNERS WHOLESALE get all the prices and info from General Manager, Sales man Jacques Francis, We then entered into a contract with Homeowners Wholesale on March 3, 2017 and PAID them $49,000.00 then a additional $18,000.00 for the remaing balance for the manufactred home. Home was quoted to be here at the end of October 2017. Called them at the begining of October to check status of the home (exact date for set up and delivery) and their voicemail says to call Nathan Davis attorney at law of Charleston SC  (We beleive Nathan Davis has dropped Homeowners Wholesale and owner Jon Benson due to FRAUD) Now calling Homeowners Wholesale they have NO voicemail set up and the phone rings about 6 times then call ENDS! Every email or over the phone conersation with Jacques Francis about upgrades, engeriner plans, calling the company to get additonal information I needed for County permits was all FRAUD! He NEVER called any builders! The engineering plans they sent me were 2015 copies from Redmans Homes, Chandler AZ. We have also spent thousands in getting our County permits for a home that doesnt exist! Homeowners Wholesale its owner and or employees have NOT ONCE contacted us for reimbursement. We have NO HOME and Homeowners Wholesale has ranaway with over $66,000.00 of our money. ***Our thoughts NOT facts. We "believe" owner Jon Benson and his Wife Elizabeth Vargas Benson have many other businesses and will be hiding stolen funds in those other businesses and or home in Leeds UT.*** We are in process of civil action against all involed including legially binding family members! A CRIMINAL CASE is also under way through The US Attorney, the FBI, California Departmen of Consumer Affairs, and the Federal Trade Commission.
