Homeside Lending Inc ripoff They do it again ripoff business from hell Dallas Texas

Jeez, I was never aware so many other people were having similar problems. It is nice to know something is beginning to get done about thier corrupt buisiness practices.

I purchased our home in 95' thru a local bank in Oklahoma where the house is located. The loan bounced around from lender to lender until it ended up with Homeside. I have had nothing but trouble ever since. Not enough money in escrow, returned payments and incurred late fees.

I got tired of the BS returned payments and subsequent fees and set up a direct deposit to them. My bill was for 463 and I set up the deposits for 470. This helped for sometime. Within the last year or so my payments went up by about $70. I called to find out why.

They told me they never recieved a policy from my insurance provider so they got thier own insurance. They never notified me by any type of correspondence. There was a lapse in insurance for sometime which I never knew about and we had a severe hail storm during this time which caused damage to the roof which now leaks.

Within the past 4 months Homeside has not contaced me. I have not recieved any statements or bills. I left my deposit to them set at 470.

I'm currently working on refinancing with another company but they don't seem to enthused because of my history with Homeside.

This company needs to be stopped and they need to make amends to ALL the people they have damaged.
