basically it can be summed up like this. some payments i made were sent through late; i was unaware of this. due to this process, their was foreclosure procedure...i was forced to pay several thousands of dollars over a period of time. in addition, they tacked on legal fees.

as of this date, i do have my house but my credit was damaged as well as my payments increased.

i also wrote them to ask for refinacing, to this date, i've had no reply.
