Larry Pollman wes the listing agent of a property I was buying: 3805 N Forrest Park Dr Tucson, AZ 85750

I only qualify for FHA financing so my Mortgage and real estate brokers both asked Larry if this property was OK for FHA financing and he said yes, it was advertised as a townhouse in Larrys listing.

After I paid the cost of the home inspection and appraisal and gave notice where I was livig we all found out a week before closing that it infact did not qualify for FHA financing.

Larry did admit it was his fault to my brokers in writing. Both brokers told Larry that he should help out with at least the costs I had out of pocket not to mention having to find a new place to live and the $ 30,000 in equity I was loosing on the property. Larry just laguhed.

Sense Larry said he contacted my reale estete broker to work out a settlement but again he is not being honest Larry did not contact my broker. Larry also went on to sell the property and make him comission.

This all put a huge financial and stressful burden on me having to deal with all of this. It would be nice if Larry would man up and deal with his mistake.
