Homesmart Biloxi MS Homesmart TERRIBLE COMPANY AND MANAGER Biloxi Mississippi

I have been with this company for over 2 years now. I have rented a washer,dryer, stove, couch and love seat, and 2 beds. They have always worked with us over the last couple of years and when my elderly mother could not pay the bill, they would extend and we would always pay it and a fee. This last past year, they switched managers and he is a terrible person.

He has harrased us, called my family names, told us he is tired of our s**t, and was just rude in general. We have paid so much to them and way over the monthly amount and they still ask for more. Tonight, they came because my mother did not have the $200 extra to pay them (we just pay $350 last week, which is supposed to be up to date) and told us he will be coming to get our stuff, I had to borrow money to pay enough to keep my washer and dryer but he took both my beds when I was told last week that it was up to date.

They charge you way over the price and add all kinds of fees. I was not smart enough to keep receipts to prove this, but when I tell you how much I pay every week or every 2 weeks, its ridiculous.

They were supposed to repair my couch because the board broke, and he told me it was because we are overweight and thats our fault. One of the repair guys told us that its not even possible even if we weighed 500 lbs because of the way the couch is made so he finally agreed to fix it, then when it was not fixable, he told us that he had to legally bring us another one. We got the other couch but are still waiting on the matching love seat 2 months later.

The manager should be fired and this company should be gone. They are rip offs for real and treat people terrible. They harass you till you pay and then over charge you. They are theives. There is not even a corporate number or email or anything where I was trying to contact them.
