homestar property solutions llc/jd services jay driver well to let anyone know about homestar you really need to listen this work took place in maryland which they now longer have any contractors there at this time. so now im homeless carless and totally broke with a family all because of working for four months for this company and never receiving no money but alot of debt where this should have never happened and they need to be shut down before they distory anyone elses life. maples grove Minnesota

im filing this report to show contractors about this company so that they will not be placed in the position im in now.im homeless, carless,and had to move back to arkansas from maryland to stay with my daughter.i also lost everyting i owned including 2 trucks and a car plus a home.this is a fair warning about this company.
homestar promised me and my partner that we would recieve payments for 5 invoices totallying over $13,000 dollars.at this time all invoices are over 120 days past due.these invoices are for work total remodel of 5 different homes.now when we call all we get is vm we leave messages no return calls.but they still email work but refuses to answer the calls for our money.
we have placed liens against 4 of the five homes because one of them were sold that is one invoice we will not recieve.but you better believe they got their money because we know the realtors that hired homestar for us to do the work and they came and inspected the homes and were very satified and passeed the homes.that is when the invoices were sent and the supposally payment was suppose to be recieved within 45 days.the invoice are now 120 days past the forty five days and still no payment.
I have lost everything and now dont know what to do cant afford a lawyer because ive done spent all my money for fuels to job sites for the four months it took to complete the 5 homes and to surport my family for four months without payment from homestar if anyone know what else i can do or a lawyer to take a case like this i would appreciate the advice thank
