I placed an internet order with Hometowncandy.com. They charged my credit card, but did not ship the order. I phoned them 4 times and emailed them 2 times. They did not respond.
I filed a report with the Fed Trade Commission and the NJ Attorney General.
I googled the name and found the domain name is registered to someone in the Chech Republic!
