Hometowncandy.com,BARNEGATCANDY Ripoffs, Dishonest, Fraudulent Company, They take your money but never send the candy Ewing New Jersey

I placed an order on may 15, 2007 for $54.00 worth the candy and ice packs for my nephew's high school graduation/joining the marines party which was on june 2 2007,when i ordered,it asks you when you need candy by, i wrote may 25, 2007. I still have not received the candy i call them 5 times a day to get voice message saying busy right now leave a message and someone will get back to you. i leave a message and no one ever returns my calls. i write them emails 5 times a day only to get an instant one right back from info@hometowncandy.com saying Your Custom Response Is Coming to no response.

On friday june 1, 2007 i finally decided i better go to my bank to have these charges dismissed because after doing research on various websites and seeing how many people have been scammed by this so called candy company and all their other names they are associated under. well my bank tells me they can't refund my money to my card because i authorized them to charge my card. they said i could file a criminal and civil complaints against them in court but that would cost me around $50.00.

so it looks like im screwed from these fraudulent jerrks who should have been stopped a long time ago looking at all the complaints that date back. I sent them emails on friday to their custom service dept. I also sent one to the email the receipt comes from BARNEGATCANDY@AOL.COM telling them im notifying the better business bureau, the New Jersey General Attorney, and everyone else to get these criminals shut down!
