I enrolled by accident to a company that sold a product called hoodia on the internetand they suggested at that time of purchase that you got the 14 day supplty for 5.95 and then you would be automatically billed a charge of 97.41 for the shipment to follow.
I was charged to our credit card that fee for both charges. i immediately cancelled the product that day and was not to hear from them again.
3 months later i am billed again the charge of 97.41 and they have my credit card number and i don't know how to stop them and what do I do?
I used the sequence numbers and what brief telephone number if it is correct to 1-800-566-0959 and some othjer numbers after it was 800 56609 see if you can help us.

you totally went off on Tina who simply said she called 1 -800-566-0959. Do you listen to the consumers as well as you read? There is a reason why your company is getting the phone calls, If your company would be up front and state what it is you sell maybe the consumer wouldn't be getting the blunt of your rudness!!

I am sorry you and others were ripped off by these people who by the way are Novapointe. They "sell" other products the same way, one of them being White Over Nite. The thing is, my company has a similar 800 number and we've been getting calls from their angry customers. Enough already. Not only are we paying for these calls, we are getting screamed at by the people who have been ripped off by Novapointe. We don't deserve this obviously. And after we get screamed at and explain they are calling the wrong company, we don't even get an apology, which, after going off on us, innocent of all of this and we have nothing to do with this company, we think we deserve at the very least.
So double check that toll free number and STOP calling us. Again, their number is 800-566-0959.
Last piece of advice....if it's too good to be true, it usually is. You people are buying from spammers and a company that touts free Ipods, etc, with purchase. Think about it. Why would they give you a free Ipod when you agree to purhcase a tube of dental whitener or some kind of diet pills that don't work. I am always amazed at how many Americans fall for these scams, but it's in the thousands. Once these people have your credit card numbr, they will keep charging it. One woman called accusing us of charging her card three times for $97.41 in one week. Cancel your cards immediately. Don't EVER use a debit card to purchase anything online. Use a credit card only. Protect yourself.
