These people are thieves, scammers and will take your money and do NOTHING for you! I hired them, after finding them on line, to do my modification. After paying them 1700.00 and sending them mounds of paperwork I get a letter from my mortgage company putting me into a temporary forebearance. Yesterday I receive a letter from the scum Kwasnik that says that I should adhere to the terms of the forebearance (well of course I will you idiot) and that after it is over that I should contact my mortgage company to get a (ARE YOU READY) PERMANENT MODIFICATION. And that now they are done representing me!!!!!!!! They did NOTHING for the money. My mortgage company is the one that gave me the temp. forebearance. This is NOT a modification people.
Stay the heck away from Hope Now and this scum law firm. I am contacting another lawyer to see if I can sue this place for not doing what they were paid to do.
My suggestion to all of you...YOU call your mortgage company and try to hash things out with them. That is what I am going to do.
