I got a "Free Travel Reward" certificate good for 3 days/2 nights at one of a number of destinations. The requirements were to choose 2 locations in case the first one wasn't available...and 2 different dates.
Send in deposit, blah blah blah....and you will be confirmed for one or the other. This was a reward for visiting a timeshare in Williamsburg, VA.
Needless to say, now that the 1st date wasn't available, we were told we would be notified no later than 30 days from the 2nd choice (May 26th) and now we haven't heard anything. When you call, all you get is an answering machine.
Don't bother booking anything with these scammers...they will not honor anything, and don't seem to have the intention to follow through with any dates. Of course, all travel having to be taken within a year leaves us with no other options of alternate dates either. Total BS....again, don't believe a word they say.

I worked with this company for two years as the receptionist and never once had a dissatisfied customer, They where a very professional company.
In the time I worked there I personally know of over thousands of reservations that were fulfilled.
