Hoskins Coin and Gold Exchange Purchased Stolen Rolex, refuses to return to owner Paducah Kentucky

To make this complicated issue easy to understand, Hoskins Purchased a Stolen Rolex Watch (without a box) from so called family member. Although the owner who was in poor health at the time was sitting outside the store in her sons truck, she had no idea the transaction taking place in front of her between her Son and the Hoskin. The TN. Police dept that’s handeling the investigation drove to Paducah Ky to retrieve the property. Mr. Hoskins refused to give back the watch given to her by her deceased husband. Hoskins wanted her to provide the serial number to the watch which she did not know. But the watch is actually rare due to the bezel and the face. Members of the family could easily verify the watch. Mr. Hoskins claimed how was he to know that the watch was hers if she could not verify serial number, he stated to the Police quote ( he could have stopped on the way to Paducah and picked up a different Rolex watch and sold that one to Me.) just about the dumbest excuse you could make up. In addition to all this the family member stole in excess of One Million dollars in Gold and Silver coins over a six year period. When mr. Hoskins was asked if he had ever purchased any coins from this man, Hoskins claimed he had no idea because they don’t keep records of stuff like that. Very shady people, I don’t know how you could keep a persons property when you know it was stolen.
