Hostmonster / bluehost hostmonster bluehost Hostmonter does NOT refund money. LIARS Provo Utah

Signed up with hostmonter, the same location and firm as bluehost.  They are the same, same building, servers, et al.

Called and made sure their 30 day FULL refund was as stated.  Their prices are high, and they are a VERY unethical company.  Not sure its due to be being in Utah with one of the highest business fraud rates, based on FBI and SEC findings.  In any event, email them to cancel serive and never saw a credit on CC.  Thus, phoned them a 6 days later, and they said, we wanted your reason why, and then would cancel.  I said if you wish to pay me for my analysis of your firm fine, otherwise I have no time for this.   I cancelled, so reffund my money.   They then said fill out this form.  I said I filled out the cancel-request on line last week.  They said they needed a different form, though they acknowledged the cancel request the week prior.  The form had an error in it, and the agent had to fill it out.   Then, recieved a partial refund.  Told them, you agreed to full refund within 30 days.    Further, then processed refund from the date the agent filled out form, not my cancel request (BTW, the cancel request is in the service request page to cancel.) What a joke of a company.  Its utah.  I should have known better.   Anyway .. DO not do business with these con artist.
