Hot Movie Sales, Smart Savings Center They charged me for months for a membership I NEVER signed up for. Boca Raton Florida

I purchased a couple of dvds last December for my neices for Christmas. The price was great. However, I've been getting billed on my cc every month this year for the amount of $29.95 AND $1.00. The company billing me as written on my cc statement is "Smart Savings Center" so I didn't recognize it. I thought the company was billing for something else I purchased online, so I didn't catch it. I spoke to them and cancelled my "membership", but they said that those charges are valid, that this is what I signed up for and it's my fault. Well, no doubt that this is how these companies scam you, excessive fine print and the use of different names when they bill you. Keep the customer/victem confused and take advantage of their cc info. They have overbilled my $124.96 and I demand a credit on my cc. I will also fight this through me cc company.
