Hotbooksale.com, Smartsavingscenter.com Will Charge Your Card Illegally Boca Raton Florida

I ordered a book from HotBookSale.com because the site specified that the book was in stock. The next day, received notification that the book WAS NOT in stock, so I called to cancel. Person was nice and I received a confirmation email that the order and membership had been canceled.

NINE (9) days after my cancellation confirmation, I received an email that the book had been Shipped to me. When I called HotBookSale.com, I got customer service in the Phillipines, who informed me that they couldn't help me - that there was a glitch in their system. When I told them that they'd better not charge my credit card, they informed me that they were going to anyway, and that there was no way for me to stop it.

DO NOT ORDER from these guys unless you have no problem getting your credit card charged illegally, or have no problems dealing with persons who give you the runaround....
