Hytek Medical I paid my $200 over a month ago and still no appointment! Last Vegas Nevada

 I paid Hytek Medical $200 over a month ago to start the process of receiving my medical marijuana card. I am in a situation where I am in a crunch for this card and need to get this process handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. I've been told numerous times that an appointment is made and the Dr. Office will contact me with location information (one Dr travels to numerous offices and supposedly they "aren't sure" where he will be until 48 hours before. Only, the Dr office never contacts me. Then they say someone in the Hytek office screwed up, Michael I believe. Dominick is the "office manager", even though I swear it sounds like a cellphone in a house party when you call. Dominick has somewhat maintained communication with me but still isn't making anything happen. I'm pretty sure this is a scam but at the VERY least these young men are in WAY over there heads and have no clue what they are doing. I have repeatedly asked for the Dr off I've into. No response. Now they say that I can do my 1st appointment over the phone. Nope. 2 different times I've been promised that. I even downloaded the patient portal thing they sent me, said they would let me know when to login so I could talk to the Dr. Never heard anything else. I'm calling scam on these boys. I emailed this morning and informed them I want the return processed. I've been speaking and emailing about this with them for a month to no avail. This is bull.
