The company is run by 3 people, Ken, James and Jennifer. All of them are very rude. Once you provide them with your credit card number and pay for the reservation they are not afraid of insulting you. If you call them they pick up the phone and put you on hold until you get the answering machine. Do not wait for the call back because no one is going to call you back. Its a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.
