I recently did a pay by phone and they got the account number wrong so I did a follow up to see why my account wasn't debited when I called that's when they told me that they had used another account number. So we had to do a whole separate pay by phone and this time it took a total of seven days before the money was taken out of my account. At that time the lady yolanda to me I was not able to do anymore pay by phone so I said fine and she told me my previous arrangement would be voided and I should try other payment options she told me to do a money gram and gave me the receive code number. I did as I was told and guess what she electronically debited my account anyway then try to tell me it was my fault. I spoke with her and asked for her supervisor and at first she says he's on the floor let me get him for you and she put me on hold. Then she came back and all of a sudden he was conviently in a meeting. I totally but my frustration is not and will not stop here because they messed up my checking account and are acting too overly non-chalant. thank you for reading
