My family was moving so we went to this location and spent over 700 dollars on new dishes, glassware, pots ect. and this was over 3 visits. One of the things we bought was a white canister set for sugar, tea etc. We brought the item home and one lid was broken.

So i went back the next day and asked to exchange it and the girl asked for my receipt which i did not have as the cashier had not given me one. I told her we had spent over 700 dollars in the store and she told me to come back and try another day when the person who sold everything to me was there.

I went back a week later and it was the same girl and she said she would now exchange it. i asked what the difference was between the first time i came and now and she said i now seemed "serious". i was like WTF? who says things like this. She then preceeded to call the owner i guess to ask permission and the owner said no.

I got on the phone with the owner and explained i had bought it from here and she told me to come back next week when the girl who had sold it to me was there. I said you are the owner im here now after an hours drive why cant you let me exchange one lid on a 8 set piece now? She said no and preceded to be verbally abusive when i said it didn't make sense for me to pay for something that was broken

SHE THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! after telling me she didn't care about my business or all the money i had spent there nor did she care if i ever came back..she was an Indian lady

Save your money. shop somewhere like walmart or zellers where you can return something or get it exchanged in a FLASH. those are the better businesses. not the crappy places like this

THEY RIP YOU OFF AND DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER LOYALTY. don't waste your time!!!!!!!
