We were having financial trouble while waiting for my disability to go through.
Our mortgage company was about to forclose on our property when we were contacted by Houston Property management from Bedford, NH
A man by the name of Wally Bressler(or David)comes to our house.
He tells us he can buy out our mortgage and rent us the property for 2 years.
That sound like a great deal! Little did we know as we were paying rent on our property, he was defaulting on the mortgage. 6 month later we get a letter in the mail telling us our house was sold at auction with no warning whatsoever. We contacted Real Estate lawyers and they said there was nothing that could be done because the scam whent to far and we already lost everything. The other shocker was they wanted us out in 15 days. Be very careful of these people!

This guy is finally on his way to prison. After to many people called me and told me not to apologize to this scum bag, I decided to take back the apology. This guy is truly a scum bag who gives the state of New Hampshire a bad name. This guy has ruined so many lives!! I hope he gets what he desrves.

Wally Bressler is a fake. He used his sickly mothers credit to obtain all these houses and rip people off. YOu should follow the court cases in NH. He took advantage of innocent people in there hardships and destroyed there liver for his own personal gain. I know this because I to am a victim of this person and hopefully the put him where he belongs.

During our ordeal with Houston Property management we found out that Wally Bressler was not employed with this firm at the time of all of this misunderstood ordeal. My apologies go out to Wally Bressler and his family for any problem we may have caused.
