How About We Deceptive Billing Practices Internet

I signed up try try How About We when there was a promotion for - I believe it was 3 months for around $20.  Having online dated before I was aware of these sites annoying auto renew policies, and specifically made sure to cancel/click whatever there was to say to NOT auto renew me well before my time with the service was up.  After about 3 months I realized they had charged me again for the full price of a three month membership.  First of all, there is no real phone number to reach them which makes it much more difficult to get anything done.  I contacted them and at the time I thought they were surprisingly good about saying they would reverse the charges.  Unfortunately for me, they did not do this.  As I never use the card in question and hadn't for anything else, as the evil that is comcast, finally cut of my use of my e-mail account with all records with no warning, and as - since I never use the card - when I realized my comcast account had been cut off - I didn't even think about the fact that a card I never used was on e-bill and, with moving as well, I never realized I had this charge still on my account and JUST found out - that because of how about we's deceptive practices, I was not only charged for something I cancelled - had a charge NOT reversed that I was told would be reversed - but I've also been charged over $100 in late fees for a charge that shouldn't have been on that card anyway.  While I realize that the late fees are also about a combination of moving, Comcast cutting off the e-mail address I've had for 8 years abruptly, and my not recieveing the notifications from the credit card company, NONE of this would've happened if How About We would've cancelled when I told them to and reversed the charged after the fradulantly re-charged me for something I cancelled.
