Howard Johnson Milford, CT facility Threatened me upon asking to speak with a visiting guest. Lodging & Hospitality, NOT here at this location, that's for SURE! Milford, Connecticut

I was threatened by an employee of this Howard Johnson. After trying to file a complaint with their
Corporate office, which wanted all my personal information supplied to the same facility that threatened me while having family members staying at their facility for an extended period of time.

Not having any sense of Hospitality, Lodging, Family concerns, and the personnel didn't; even know 
where the house phone was located as a Manager,(Hmm?).
Never the less, just warning all who are wanting a good night's rest at a reasonable price,
Don't go to Howard Johnson in Milford, CT. Their customer service is Null & Void to say the least. 

Being a Franchisee Howard Johnson Corporate standing on this matter is that t hat they don't care
how their Franchisee's represent their Brand Name as told by several of the Corporate responders.
There are many other better options right across the street as a matter of fact.
