Have unfortunately been w/ HSBC for 8yrs. Mortgage loan @ 8.3%. Everytime you try to get a loan modification & send in said paperwork, they say they never received it. Even when you fax it in 3 times in a row & overnight it to them. They say they do not refi, but if you look @ their website they say they do. Very unwilling to work w/ customers. They say they don't receive payments even when you have proof they did. Such an unethical practice. Why are they still in business?
