This website services "websites" that get mug shots from public records and post them on their own site. They offer to remove your mug shot for a fee, $100.00. Come to find out, they only support one site in particular, http://www.slcmugshots.com.
After paying their fee, they only remove your mug shot from http://www.slcmugshots.com, which is a scam website to extort money from people who don't want to have their mugshot blasted all over the web. They are obviously in cahoots with http://www.slcmugshots.com since this is the only site of many they work with.
This whole genre of websites is a complete and growing scam. If a person is arrested, even if they are innocent, they will end up paying anywhere from $300.00 to $1000.00 just to have their mugshot removed with no guarantee that it does not pop up on some other website doing the same thing.
These sites usually use some kind of SEO (search engine optimization) to make sure your mug shot is one of the top results of a Google search under your name to ensure that you will pay their exorbitant prices. This is nothing more than extortion, plain and simple.
