TechQuestdeal.com offered the Canon Powershot S5 IS digital camera for $195. I was told to purchase a green dot MoneyPak card for the amount and then send the numbers on the card and the authorization to them. Immediately they sent an e-mail saying I would recieve in two days a UPS tracking number for my camera. The tracking number never arrived. The camera never arrived. I get voicemail every time I try calling their customer service department. I have sent more than a dozen e-mails to their customer service and have recieved NO reply. I am very frustrated as I know of and can find no way to recover my funds that I put into the Green Dot MoneyPak card.
