This company had sent numerous e-mails to us saying that could show us foreclosed homes in our area for a relatively cheep price. We called and spoke to a woman who said that if we were unsure at first of joining perhaps we should use the trial period which lasted for and priced at dollar.

The next thing we know this company made a charge of $40 on our credit card...without notice!!!!

When we called and complained they said that if we had read the agreement, it clearly stated that if the account was not canceled by the end of the tril period then we were considered to be enrolled and had to pay the fee.

OHH, it was in the agreement alright, in about a .5 font, who the hell could have seen it.....we certainly didn't. But in Big, Bold, Blue and 24 font letter you do see a trial period for $1 for a week.

This company is full of S#*t and we issued a dispute with our credit card company.

DO NOT USE THEM BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE !!!
