And, when I disputed, he was very unpleasant, and informed me that I am not savy enough to use the internet. Well, he is savy enough to attempt to rip you off, and not refund.

I did not recieve his services past the one DAY trial period, which ended in a week, and his cancel policy should be BEFORE you submit your term choice, so that it is clear you must cancel if you do not want to be billed monthly for an internet service that ends up being something you did not find compelling.
