Hudon - Broyhill Furniture does not deliver on date, makes excuses, said make furniture when ordered. No furn. in warehouse. Did not do what contract reads on bill of sale.They owe me for all the hassle & waiting. RIPOFF Lakeland Florida

Picked new furniture & paid 10% down of thousands of dollars. Dinning Room Table, 6 Chairs, Bakers Rack, Sofa,S ofaTable,
Coffee Table, End Table, Leather Chair. At the time was told furniture to be delived on a date we picked together, 6 weeks.

Went back to the store three weeks later to order more furniture and she ask me if I wanted to change fabric on pillows. I said, yes. I picked fabric. Paid the balance due at this time. She called and said can't get. She picked a fabric. I said,Ok.

The date furn. to be delivered not all was in. Sofa not made yet. Because we had changed fabric on pillow. I was told sofa didn't start to get made because pillow fabric was changed. (I did that weeks later). Throw Pillows not attached to sofa.

Was called and said most of my furniture was being delivered. (the date we picked)I only got Dinning Room Furniture. Nothing else. Couch still not made. I demaded my money back from the balance of furniture I didn't get. They said no, they would find a way. Now,Eight weeks later I got my sofa (from the show room floor). Got my tables. Still no leather chair. Coming from over seas, NOW. It was 10 weeks before I got the leather chair. I paid extra to have the protective ware on all the furniture. None of my paperwork say's it has it on. I know my sofa doesn't because it came off the show room floor. It is now 12 weeks and I still do not have my throw pillows for my sofa!

As much money I have paid for beautiful furniture to go into my nice new home I will never buy a thing from this company again. They do not tell you the truth and try to go around the questions you ask. Once they had my money they had the upper hand. They put me though a lot. They are new to the area and if they do all there customers the way they did me, they will not be in business long. ( I hope.)
