Hughes Comupter Services Inc. Data Recovery Services No Customer Service/Did not provide contracted Services Spokane, Washington

This company was to provide nightly backups to offsite server, multiple days would go with no backup.  When errors were reported to company, they were never there to answer the phone, when calling back hours later or days later the office manager acted like we were putting them out.  Never were we given ANY reason why the backups were not happening.  When we were documenting the incidents by email, we were chastised by the office manager that they don't sit in front of their computers all day and even blamed us for sending an email when they were on vacation with no one to answer the office phone or email.  There was no notification they were on vacation.  They are not willing to help, when asked for copies of the computers they built for our company and information as to how the network was set up they would not supply - they said they gave it to a former employee of our company. (that employee said there was nothing given to them.)  The Tech who does the work at our company does good work, but does not communicate anything to the client.  The office staff is rude and doesn't know the meaning of customer service.  When we breached the subject of a credit for days of no service they flew off the handle ranting for over 5 minutes before they actually had anyone fix the problem of the backup not running.  BEWARE - there are other companies in Spokane that are professional and offer services to their customers.
