They have requested on many sites to get their negative reviews removed because they can not stand if someone complains. They pay those sites paid ads so the problem is solved.

They have poor customer service, they are not British but Turkish.

First of all one can check that they do not have a proper office they rent a mailbox and self-storage unit in London, that's what they use to mislead people into thinking they own a London-based office.

There are blogs with bad reviews of them. They never apologized to me. Their free sizes are extra small and as the average size in the UK is 10-14 these will not fit anyone. Their garments are UK 6-8, and very short, tailored to a women of 5 ft 5 in height. They mislead customers with their cheap prices, each costs 5-10 pounds but then the shipping is paid by the customer and when you receive the item it will not look like the photo as they just copy other brands with a low quality fabric. When I returned my order they refused to accept the parcel and it was forwarded back to me. I lost too much money and never got an apology.

They create several fake accounts for themselves in order to post 5 star reviews on many websites! They are cunning. 

I spent around 150 pounds for an order, I was naive, fooled by the photoshopped pictures they apparently steal from other sites.

Here is a dodgy invoice they issued to me which is just a Paypal receipt, they do not give invoice if you pay through Paypal, they dodge the tax. When I complained on other sites they accused me of faking this invoice! Haha losers, what a joke, I have the original paypal e-mail and now I HAVE CONTACTED THE UK TAX AUTHORITIES TO INVESTIGATE THESE ((((REDACTED DUE TO HATE SPEECH))).
