More corruption on the Humble Police Department and the two top Chiefs. And this time from an Officer still employed. Even with the confession from the man they hired to murder me and my children nobody would listen. When I was an Humble Police Officer these two top dogs were aprt of my frmaing and much corruption in Humble Texas. Then as today it is again swept under the rug. Why are people so quick to ignore that these guys are not good Cops, but just criminals in uniforms with guns.
Officer Joe Martinez is telling the truth about things they do and again it was left for them to cover up in house. TCLOSE pulled my license too Joe after they said I stole a High School Ring from the property room that never existed. How pathetic people believe this crap when only Supervisors could get into theproperty rooms.
I still have the proof and still nobody wants to listen, the hit man on video, the Fire Marshal on tape......they put people on death row for conffessing but not Dirty Cops.
Mr. Martinez I would gladly testfiy at your civil trial just how corrupt they are. An Asst. Chief, too incompetent to pass the test so he can wear another ribbon on his Uniform, so a female Sgt. takes it for him. That is old news, been going on a long time and TCLOSE covers for them.
Again, to the old Buddies of mine who kept quiet so you could draw pensions, hope it was worth it. These people are not who you will answer to one day.
