PCF are meant for us to commit our resources. we have committed our resources and we have tried to recover the sum as our commission are dependant on the recovered money.

we handling more  100 cases a month and for more then 20 years in the market. Every client who want us to handle thier cases . we require an authorised letter and an agreement that both side agreed .

Please remember that reacl recovery action involve cost and any company who do not charge pre-collection fee do not take any real recovery action. This is basic business sense. 

Since you have find us to collect your debts, you must have signed agreement with us. Most of the terms and conditions are stated in the agreement. We do not guarantee that the debts will 100% being collected.
