I have a bad encounter with this bogus Debt Collection company called Hup Lik Collection (M) Sdn Bhd based in Cheras, Malaysia
I met their personnels named Alex and Nicky back in September 2014 at their office. Alex claimed that he could easily collect my trade debt easily within a week and bragged that they are competent professionals. He convinced me to appoint his company and I subsquently paid them an Admin Fee of 5% of the trade debt amount as required by them
After paying the 5% Admin Fee, no action were made by Alex and his company on collection of debt. No status updates were given to me on the progress. It is difficult to reach Alex on the phone. Whenever I managed to reach Alex on the phone, he replied by saying he would get back to me. He never get back to me on the progress.
It has been almost 6 months since I appointed them but no status updates were given. They are very good in avoiding phone calls
Apparently, they are not genuine Debt Collection company. They are only interested in cheating their customer on the 5% Admin Fee.
I hope with this posting, more people would be informed about this unscrupulous Debt Collection company.

First of all , this is no true. we have authorisation letter is a proof document and an standard agreement , all the term and condition atre stated in the agreement. Please proof it to us.
You only paid us 5% ,(How much is your 5% only few hundred RM) you want us harass debtor with acts thats beyond the law to compel debtor to make payment .we not agreeable to such act hence we need to terminate such contract.You paid me 5% and you expect me to harass and distort debtor with acts beyond the laws?Pls i am registered debt collector and not gangster.I will act in accordance to the laws.
