Hydroluxe beauty scam!!!

I also saw the offer on Facebook and thought because they were on Dragon's Den, the company was legit.  It is not.  I purposely didn't open my products when they arrived in the event I needed to send them back because they charged me for something I didn't authorize.  That is exactly what they did.  Charged and additional $260 on my credit card for these products that I hadn't even open.  When I contacted the company to demand a refund, they said they wouldn't refund my money because I agreed to the 14 day free trial and there was nothing they could do.  They were kind enough to "cancel my subscription".  How kind of them to charge me almost $300 for trial size products that are likely full of crap and don't work.  

To make things worse, credit card companies are aware of these scams and choose not to do anything about it. They say they are not allowed to dispute the charges because of the trial offer.  Complete b******* that companies are allowed to continue to conduct their business this way.  Unacceptable!!
