Re: Hydroluxe- wrinkle and skin creams as offered on Facebook and the internet- its a Scam!! They charge you additional fee for  your trial product , you do not authorized this but they do it anyways. The custome rep- who does nto have any service capcity whatsoever- tells you that it is in the terms and agreemtn on line- however- you can never find it. Also- the amounts $140.68 and $126.69 are Not ever disclosed on line and they site "privacy" issues. This kind of billing for extension of a monthly charge on a trial option is ILLEGAL in Canada. The cable companies use to do this and continueto charge people after a trial period withou permission. I did not give permission to have addiotnal charges- it says- TRIAL- which means a try it and see basis not a monthly or life time commmittment and charges to ensue. This company engages in Fraudulent, illegal and unethical business practices as well as horrible customer service. Its illegal to bill an undisclosed amount. I ordered a trial version of 1ml and .5 ml of 2 products- did not authorize any addiotnal charges adn would not have done so if I knew the amount of a "monthly fee" its expesnve and NOT worth it. It is a crappy and lousy product. As well, I was charged over 30 days after i first paid for shipping only. I have canceeld but I have no faith in their ability to honour the cancellation. i have notified the credit card company and as I said.... this is fraudlent and illegal practices in Canada.
