I-Deal Direct, Connie Smith promised free mini DV on her website I got the 2 credit cards & now I can't get the free gift what a scam!! Chicago Illinois

At the website www.freeminidv.com they promised that if you applied two credit cards or buy other services through their website, they send you a free minidv. So I applied two cards, got approved, used them all along since. I also got approval notice from freeminidv.com, got the redemption certificate, and mailed it out right away.

However, three weeks later, Connie Smith sent me an email stated that my credit card applied expired, so no free gift for me. What a liar! what a scam! I am still using my cards, how can it be expired. They don't have any contact information listed except address. So I can't call them or write emails, can only write letters to them. Of course they won't reply to my letter.

does any one know how to track them down to get this straightened out? Their website is still up running there, I hope no more people get scammed by them.
