I was contacted about a contract employment position with this company for a client. After a period of time, I was contacted again, and they stated "Second Round" for employment, but I am not sure how it could be a 2nd round, since I was not aware of the 1st round. I forward an updated and detailed resume, with personal and private information contained in the document, as requested.

At that point, I started doing research, as I do on all possible employers. After searching their/his website, no physical address was available. The site stated that the business started in a home office, moved to an apartment and then to their current North Dallas business office. The only address available was via the BBB, which was a Richardson, Tx., home/residence address. That's not even North Dallas, but Richardson, TX, which is physically North of Dallas, but not North Dallas.

I sent multiple mailing to Joshua and what was stated as HR asking for a physical business address. I received auto reply from HR, which was Josh, and the mailings directly to Joshua were never replied from/to. After several days, I sent an angry mailing requesting and demanding that my data all be removed from the company and servers, and all representation revoked.

The reply I received from Joshua and HR was personal in nature, rude and unprofessional. The address issues were never addressed or even reference made, thus they refuse.

All of this is business misrepresentation, and if I had not done my research, and moved forward, this might have been my legal employer. I pat myself on the back for doing my research. I have again requested all data removed, they refuse, and I am within my full legal right to request it and revoke representation. I also requested that HR and Sadler change the personal comment made in the HR program from a personal one to a factual one, from me, and he has refused, making zero reference to the physical address issue or data removal. Legal action is now pending.

I have no issue dealing with small companies, even home based, as long as they do not misrepresent the facts, and more so if they are going to be a legal employer.

As of 11:00am-cdt, May 20, 2014, the site iwantleverage.com has been taken down, as it has misrepresented the business information, contact information and it could be a legal employer. Beyond the statements above, no comment, only facts.
