IBF...INNOVATIVE BUSINESS FUNDING TOM ALEXANDER RIPPED OFF BY INNOVATIVE BUSINESS FUNDING! butler, Pennsylvania

Ephron was a telemarketer that applied for a lead generation job offering. After taking training, he was told to target only certain types of businesses, but managed to ignore those instructions. Of the 8 leads that he sent, only three of them were serviceable. This again was explained to him that we must target certain types of businesses and the leads he sent were useless to us. He was paid on the correct leads he managed to send over (over a three week period) and began calling Tom continuously asking for advances and loans, so that he could go out and "enjoy the weekend". I suggested that we just terminate our involvement with him and Tom agreed. I suspect that he was contacted by our competitor to file this report (hopefully not to telemarket for them) to just make accusations and spread lies. Time to start acting like adults and stop with the lies. I have been with IBF for three years and we continue to grow every week. We have moved on, It is a shame that we have to deal with these unfounded lies without any proof. Please contact IBF and ask for Brian if you have a discrepancy. We have everything in our records. i am so disappointed in what i'm hearing. if this is the brian that i think that you are...you live in pittsburgh ...very close to tom and i would make sure that i paid people that lived close enough to make trouble AND POSSIBLY SHUT DOWN MY OPERATION IF  i didn't pay them!
if you are defending this man and you have been with him for 3 years then there is no way that you are not aware of what he is doing to agents all over the country. look around on this sight...there are alot of people on here that don't even know each other that are saying the same thing about TOM ALEXANDER!!!
I was never trained by your company and didn't need to be...i have been setting appointments for people with integrity for about 9 years now and have mad a decent living doing it until i ran into TOM ALEXANDER!!!!
I also have a trail of emails to back up what happened when i was practically begging this man to send me the money that he said that he was going to and never did... and i have also  recorded phone conversations of us talking.
I have long moved on from this experience but when i got the email and read this rebuttal ... i just had to say something about it!
By the way...i have not lived with my mom since 1987 when i got out of the services...WHAT IN THE HELL WAS THAT ALL ABOUT?

I have been working with this company from its beginning. These reports are bogus and are a concentrated effort by people who were trained by IBF and started their own company, trying to give IBF a bad name for their own gain. I have NEVER not been paid in three years, and I have handled payroll when needed and can attest to everyone who was owed money was paid. It is a shame that people can just come on this site and say whatever they want with no proof whatsoever.

These people used IBF for training and stabbed them in the back. DO NOT

This person was a telemarketer working out of his mothers house. He was told to target only certain types of businesses which he did not. He sent over three valid leads of which he was paid promptly through paypal. He is now working for a cometitor, hence the bad press.

This is the name of the website that Tom Alexander from Butler PA is using.
The company name is abbreviated (IBF) Which stands for Innovative business Funding.I also see that someone else on here got ripped off by him to.
