I paid over $1000 dollars to have this company design a website for my business. I had the website hosted at the company for approximately 2-3 months. At which time I realized the website was not effective so I decided to cancel the hosting of the website. I later wanted to revamp the website. When I requested to access the website files I was told that 1) they owned the license to the website and 2) there would be a $150 charge to access the files. I didn't understand because I paid them $1000 to design the website for me. After paying them the money I was under the impression that the website design belonged to me. This whole "we own the license" idea was never stated in any contract or written anywhere on their website: ibizwebsite.com.
To say the least I am very frustrated and I refuse to pay the $150 to receive the files that I supposedly OWN. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
