I was sucked in by a FAKE advertisement. I got the information because someone had posted it on facebook that they had already made money working on the internet from home. So of course I thougth this would be great. I have 3 kids 1 on the way so I thought this was perfect. The website doesn't give a lot of inofrmation. I originally signed up for a free trial for $2.95 and immediately was contacted by a company representative wanting me to sign up for an excellerated advertising program to place my non-existant website higher in the search engines.  I was supposed to get information in the mail so I could read about there company. I should have known to NEVER give my credit card or sign up for a trial because they always have some other fee they charge. I never received the information in the mail and noticed they charged my cc $139.95 so I went into my email and sure enought I had an email in my JUNK email where way at the bottom it states you have 3 days to cancel or they will charge you $139.95 and $4.95 every month after. I called and talked to the MEANEST people I have ever had to deal with that stated they would not refund anything to me... How can you work for a company that does nothing but scam people and go home and night and felel good about yourselves. DONT FALL FOR THERE SCAM like I did they won't give me my money back and I never even received anything in the mail.  I asked for a Manager and everyone I talked to said they were a Manager Really who heard of a company where every employee is a Manager.I feel violated - they purposely mislead me, so I didn't have time to even look into the original offer. I never did even get a website, yet they charged me $139 for nothing!!! I want my $$$$$ back!!!

The information pertaining to the contact number, address and other information for contacting ICM is located at the top of the R.O.R. page that you are looking at now.  We feel that customers should be made to provide their actual name, as to validate their complaint. Otherwise, as is the situation here, individuals can post baseless claims and then the company working in good faith has no means of rectifying that complaint, if it is valid or now. As is the case here.

Will ICM cooperate?

Ok, I see what you are up to ICM. You are replying to any negative comment by stating how willing you are to refund your upset customers of which I am NOT one. When a Rip-Off search is made for ICM a long list of supposedly refunded customers is seen. ICM would then appear as if it had signed off on the problem leaving a happy customer. Or, you blame the customer for not cooperating with you.

In a posting today you asked an unhappy customer to put his name, telephone number or email address on Rip-Off report so that you could identify them and refund  them.

I am glad to see that Rip-Off Report deleted the information the customer forwarded. It is dangerous to post personal information on a public forum and Rip-Off Report tells you not to do it. I hope Rip-Off Report will continue to do that. So don't waste your time anymore asking people to put personal information on this site. 

So, I suggest ICM posts its business address, customer service telephone number and, business internet address on this website so that customers can contact you with their complaints. You are after all a business and can do that and I am sure RR will allow it. Any reputable company is not afraid to do that. That is not personal information.

Let's see how YOU cooperate in doing that. I wait with bated breath.........

If this customer would only like to continue a debate then that is fine. If this customer would like to
assure that their account is terminated then we need actual information from the customer, such as their actual name, instead of "anonymous" or their phone number, or the email address used. This seems a simple request that could easily be provided. 

Customer is demanding their money back but
refuses to work with the fact that they elected to post this here and now this matter can be resolved here, if the customer would simply fulfill a simple request.
It seems that the customer is not reading the postings or they would see that  we are making an attempt to resolve their issue, but they are continually putting up hurdles instead of just providing that information.

Who exactly are you addressing your rebuttals to ICM. To skeptic in Bardstown who has stated that they are not a customer but only posted a comment or, to the original poster?

This is not a debate. This is a statement of fact. You are posting useless rebuttals. Please tell us why for example you have "refunded" customer "Reeves" more than 7 times to different complainants with different names and in different locations?? I am glad the record is permanent as you say so that legal experts can decide for themselves the worth of your rebuttals.

The original poster of this thread stated that she had contacted your office and was met with rudeness and a refusal of a refund. It appears that she only then posted her complaint here. Now you want to "resolve" the issue via Ripoff Report so that there is a "permanent" record. Please spare us from that. YOUR customer service should be handling complaints in a satisfactory manner. This is a public forum and I have a right to comment here. Stop cluttering up this site with your customer service issues. 

I have counted more than 180 complaints on Ripoff Report alone with many more on numerous other consumer forums. A Google search will confirm this. Based on this a person can safely say that, at least, ICM has a dubious reputation.

I never at any stage said I was a customer of ICM. Never have been. I only posted a consumer comment. Now I see they have 10 customers in Bardstown and I must give more information on a public forum so they can, I presume, refund me.

As I said in my original comment about ICM, why don't they just post a telephone number to contact instead of a drivel filled canned one-size-fits-all-response. It's quite obvious they are not even reading the complaints. All they do is hit the send button with their canned response when they see a complaint on Rip-off Report. 

I suppose their next response will be, "skeptic in Bardstown has been refunded"!

If this customer would like assistance with their account, we provide that via this forum. Once a complaint is posted here we only address the customers concerns at this forum, so that all things discussed are recorded.  As stated, upset customers get refunds from ICM. This is evidenced by the rebuttals posted to each complaint here, which show that each complaint is addressed and resolved.  One would think that if a person is going to make claims and statements that they would at least stand behind that complaint by providing their name, in order for the company to address the issue, instead of throwing verbal stones.

the email address used to sign up, or their actual name that they used to sign up for the complaint. Stand behind your statements with your name, if you would like this matter resolved quickly, then that is the best option. ICM has the right to post our resolution to the customers complaint posted here. We stand behind our commitment to assist upset customers in every way possible. But how can be expected to work with customer who will not provide their actual contact information to go along with their complaint. Once a complaint is posted here it is handled here and not in customer service.

I'm getting sick and tired of seeing the obviously useless rebuttals by ICM.

Here is a unique solution ICM. Just post a WORKING telephone number here for your unhappy customers to contact. Stop cluttering up Rip-off Report with you stupid rebuttals. We all know by now that you are running a scam.

Why should people have to post personal information on a public forum? The only rebuttal you should submit is a WORKING telephone number to contact.

I did attempt to contact the customer service department 2 different times. I did provide my full name and the representatives were very rude and REFUSED to issue any credit. If you can provide me with a contact of someone that is willing to help me I would be happy to provide my full name. I also was transfered to what was supposed to be a manager and got a voicemail. I left a message for this manager and I have NEVER heard back.

Thank you for your correspondence in connection with the above-referenced matter.



Internet Cash Machine is a membership site that provides users with all the tools and information necessary to learn how to post product websites and mall webstores, as well as, launch products for auction on eBay. 



In order to sign up for the Internet Cash Machine program, the customer MUST go thru the following steps.



1.     Client reaches Internet Cash Machine offer site through different         
        internet advertisements.



2.     Client is directed to a sales landing page to enter preliminary     
        information, in which there is a link at the bottom of the page to
        the Terms and Conditions of the signing up for the program.            



3.     Then the customer must provide their credit card information on the
        secured payment page and must agree to the terms and conditions, that are     
        conspicuously displayed no more than 80 pixels from the order submission button.??



In addition to clearly spelling out each fee required for the service, we provide the number for the customer to call to cancel the account.



Based on the above representations and facts, there can be no question that ICM has taken every step to assure that all the terms and conditions are displayed multiple times throughout the sign up process and after the signup is complete.  For any customer to state that, they were not made aware or did not see or was not informed or did not authorize the charges regarding the charges for the service, would be a misstatement.



Regardless, if this customer is not satisfied with the product, the charges or the customer service, Internet Cash Machine, as a customer service gesture will assure that this customers account is terminated and no further charges will be conducted on their account by our office. This customer can keep any materials that were received as our gift.
