WAS SIGNING UP FOR WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A MAKE MONEY FROM HOME PROGRAM. WAS DIRECTED TO "ALSO" SIGN UP FOR THIS 2.97 PROGRAM TO HELP WITH THE BUSINESS BECAUSE ITS ALL INTERNET BASED. THE SITE TRYS TO GET YOU TO SIGN UP FOR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING SO I STOPPED RIGHT AWAY AND CONTACTED THE COMPANY TO SEE WHAT THEY WERE ALL ABOUT. i WAS WITHIN MY TRIAL PERIOD THAT i DIDNT EVEN KNOW ABOUT HUNG UP WITH THEM AND 3 DAYS LATER I WAS CHARGED 139.95 FOR NOTHING. i CALLED BACK AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME. I DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER BUT GUESS WHAT THERE WERE NO MANAGERS AVAILABLE. THIS REP WAS RUDE AND TOLD ME OVER AND OVER THEY WERE NOT GOING TO REFUND ME.
THEY USE DECEPTIVE MARKETING PRACTICES AND THE ENTIRE WAY THEY CONDUCT THEMSELVES IS HORRIBLE. IVE READ 25 COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS bs COMPANY AND IT MAKES ME SICK THAT I FELL PREY TO THEM BASED UPON NOT SCROLLING DOWN TO SEE THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME 139.00 AFTER 3 DAYS. WHO CARES!!!!!!!! I NEVER INTENDED TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM YOU NOR DID I WANT YOUR CRAPPY SERVICES. THE REP TRIED TO RE SELL ME AND THATS WHEN I LOST IT. I CANT BELIEVE THE ENERGY I HAVE PUT INTO THIS AND IM JUST STARTING. CHOKE ON MY 139.95 U UNETHICAL B**TARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM SURE YOU WILL BE SUED VERY SOON. I WROTE A LETTER TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!! PLUS IVE ALSO LET MY HACKER FRIENDS KNOW ABOUT YOUR COMPANY. THAT SHOULD BE FUN FOR YOU TO. i was the victim of this too My friend use my debit card and my address to sign up
and he saw only the 2$ fee so he use it and now there is this fee 149.95 to my card
what is this! . how can i contact this website i want my money back
and what the 3 day free- trial you talking about my friend said he sign up to this
website on 27 May and the 3 day free trail kit got to the post office on June 1
what the! it 4 days passed already so how can he use this kit in 3 day free trial
so now i'm really upset cuz why it charged for 149.95 $ my friend didn't even got
the 3 day kit their send. So anyone know how can i get my money back ? how can i
contact them to get refund?

I spoke to a customer service rep on the 22nd and she told me to send an email to the company. I did this and received a response back stating that a refund has been issued for 142.00. They went onto say that this refund will take 48 hours. Well 48 hours have come and gone and i gave them the benefit of leaving Monday the 26th as the day they would do the refund since Saturday and Sunday are not typical banking days.
I know from experience that refunding a persons credit card takes about 1 minute. I dont understand why they make claims stating that the client has been refunded when I have not.
I will update this report when they refund me and the money that took out is back in my account. If I dont report it... it didnt happen period. So nice try ICM Websites. Do what you say and we wont have any issues. Just refund me as promised. Thank you!

Well I will give this another shot. Look... I'm sure ICM websites provides a great service to those who need it. Ive called and Ive requested a refund for the 139.95 based upon the fact that i never intended to use their service. I have absolutely supplied the customer service reps with my full name. I have now sent them an email explaining the situation along with the most current rebuttal sent from what appears to be the Director of operations (seems a bit suspect) after being advised to do so by a customer service rep. I will withhold her name to ensure her privacy. She was very nice and understood but all she could do was direct me to send the rebuttal that I received into their site @ support@xyzwharehouse.com. I hope that this situation will be resolved. When they respond to my email I will post an update. My hope is to end this saga and post a positive response stating that ICM website refunded me regardless of the 3 day trial. If a customer calls you and honestly had no intention of ever using your company or service then the right thing to do is to refund them. who knows maybe in the future I will have a need for ICM website services or other products but that is clearly not the case right now. Hopeful in Seattle!

Each customer that has posted a complaint about one aspect or another about the Internet Cash Machine program and provided their actual name, has received a refund from Internet Cash Machine. This customer demands return of the funds he dedicated to this service, but will not do a simple act of providing our office with his REAL name. We have taken every opportunity to obtain this information from him, but he / she refuses to provide the same basic information he /she used to sign up for the program. A refund would be provide if he would just, do that. Instead the customer seems to want to show how smart he /she is. The smartest move, if he /she wanted a refund would be to provide that information to us and we would refund. It is that simple.

What a joke of a company!!! I have never heard of a company that has employees post BS on their behalf on ripoff report.. You're on here for a reason brain trust.. ahhh could it be that you are ripping people off??? Are we on the same page yet? Good! . If you could understand common English you would have used your brain to see that what I said was not a threat. I merely stated that I was going to let my friends know about your unethical business practices. They just happen to know a thing or two about how the internet works. Do you really think I would announce if I intended to hack into your system..I know nothing about that kind of thing at all. Use what little intelligence you have! By the way Rob Mckenna is the attorney general of the state of Washington. Im sure he will be waiting for your legal department to contact him and be sure to tell him how many people in his state you have ripped off. Its pretty sad that your company has to basically steal peoples money by using deceptive marketing. Your services must really suck if one of your revenue streams rely upon people who fall victim to the 139.95 fee. Bottom line... if a client isnt satisfied with your product for any reason it would be far more fruitful to refund them rather than piss them off by stealing their money. Oh yeah thats right your company states that as soon as the 3 day trial expires you will charge a 139.95 fee. What a terrible way to make money. if someone makes an honest mistake you should refund them not STEAL from them. I feel bad for the poor people who day in and day out have to deal with pissed off people. Greed will get you in the end. so what you stole 139.95 from me in the end your company will fail because your technology is ancient and you will never be successful by stealing from people. Get ready because GOOGLE provides just about everything your crappy company does for FREE. GOOGLE APPS is a wonderful thing!!

It is clear from the text of the complaint that all the information was not provided by the complainant in regards to the program and the requisite charges for that program, additionally several facts have been omitted that once revealed will hopefully clear up this matter.
Internet Cash Machine is a membership site that provides users with all the tools and information necessary to learn how to post product websites and mall webstores, as well as, launch products for auction on eBay.
In order to sign up for the Internet Cash Machine program, the customer MUST go thru the following steps.
1. Client reaches Internet Cash Machine offer site through different
internet advertisements.
2. Client is directed to a sales landing page to enter preliminary
information, in which there is a link at the bottom of the page to
the Terms and Conditions of the signing up for the program.
3. Then the customer MUST provide their
credit card information on the
secured payment page and must agree to the terms and conditions,
noted below in bold, that are
conspicuously display no more than 80
pixels from the order submission button.??
