I attended the ICRE promotional session back in early December 2008. I did some research on he company and based on that research, I came to the conclusion that the seminar was not for me.

I e-mailed the company well before the 10 day time limit to cancel has expired. They e-mailed me back and asked me to call Ted Carey and gave his phone number and extension.

I talked to Ted and explained that I did not think their seminars were for me at the time. I also mentioned that I might sign up for their seminar in the near future. His reply was that a very low percentage of people ever sign if they don't do it the first time around. Or something to that effect.

I heard that message before from another company. And that company I heard it from was definitely not a company where money could be made with their process. This lead me to believe this program is not worth while for me.
By the end of the phone conversation, he told me it would take 20 days to get my refund processed.

It has ben almost 40 days now since I requested the refund and I am still waiting.

I have called the company several times and left messages. I have tried to escalate this by going to customer service and they put me on indefinite hold.

I asked for them to call me back but no call back.

You would think with the internet available, companies would be more concerned about the bad reputation they can get by not living up to their part of the agreement. They apparently don't care.

In the mean time I have contacted my credit card company to get my refund. They will send out a dispute resolution package. They mentioned it could take about six months to get this issue resolved.

The credit card company also told me that without proof of reporting the cancelation, such as cancelation number, I may not get my refund.

The ICRE money back guarantee is a tool they use to get people to sign up. That was the only reason I signed up. If they don't refund the money, or refund it in a timely manor, why would anyone want to risk signing up for their seminars?
