Thunderbold (ICT Engines, Inc.) rebuilt an engine to my 2009 Colorado Truck.  Almost immediately when it was installed, the head gasket was leaking.  At their directive, I drove the vehicle to their shop for repairs and they worked on it for about two hours and said everything was fine and sent me on my way.  A short time thereafter, it blew a piston.  They said they could not honor the warranty as someone else installed the rebuilt engine.  Their so-called service was anything but honest.

When calling their offices to discuss the problem, I was left on hold for long periods of time, calls were "dropped" and repeatedly transferred to other staff and departments.  I am out some $3000 from them, together with all other repairs which not total $7800!  I am furious that this business is still in operation.  They are dishonest and deceptive in their practices in that they will now not honor the warranty or talk with me about their shotty work.
