Id Authority Pay Day Loann Page i was looking around for a payday loan and authorityid took my bankink info and charged my checking account 19.95 without my permission and the they went in my savings account and took another 19.95 + 29.95 when i never signed up for there payday loan nor did i sign up for there authority id. i dont even no how they got my savings info. this cost me so far a total of70.00 and other fees. my name is chester from florida. i was on the internet looking around for a payday loan. i was filling 1 out and authority id poped up and took all of my account information. they charged my debit card 19.95 on 7 /24...........
this same company authority id also got my savings account in and charged it 19.95 +29.90. i dont even no how they got that private information and i definately would have not signed up 2 times for the program.
i tried to call the phone number that came in on my statment like 20 times 1-800418-4817. every time i called i got an answering machine saying this mail box is fool and i was doing that since the 24 of july.finally i got through 1 time and i talked to a young woman buy the name of relly and she said she would get this information to her corporate manager. that was on 7-31. i still have not heard anything back nor was my money credited back to me. this is a scam... sincerly

One thing that most people don't understand is that if at any point you give your account information to a merchant, that is your authorization to debit your account for whatever amount that the merchant feels is appropriate. This means that if the merchant wanted to they could've done that same debit every day for the next 180 days (which is the usual time for an authorization to expire, like a check).
And of coarse pay day loan companies are a scam. An employee of a payday loan company recently told me that the company changes at least one major policy a month to avoid being shut down by the gov't. So if you are going to use a payday loan company, plan on being scammed.
