Back on 11-5-02, Thomas Ligor of Idea Business Solutions entered into a signed agreement for my business to place classified ads throughout the United States for vending machine equipment/opportunities.  Thomas wrote 2 hot checks to me which totalled over $5,000 for advertising services which were fully rendered.  He promised to repay but then my ability to contact him went cold and I have not heard from him or seen anything online about him until I saw a report today that he at one time was working with Gaines Vendor Leasing and has obviously been scamming people for years in various ways.  http://www.ripoffreport.com/vending-machine-companies/gaines-vending-leasi/gaines-vending-leasing-thoma-6z823.htm I am still waiting for the $5,000+ to be repaid and still have copies of the hot checks which I attempted to draft on the Fleet bank in Great Neck, New York.
