Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I received a CD for which I paid 1.98 for. I realised that I was going to be charged for the service after 7 days. I sent an e-mail to the company immediately cancelling my membership. In turn they sent one back to me comfirming the cancellation. I have now been charged a 29.95 fee for something I had cancelled.

Dispute the cost with your credit card company.
Do whatever you have to do so they don't get ANY money from you.
AND LET THIS BE A LESSON NEVER,EVER TO PUT YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET AND DON'T GIVE IT OUT ON THE PHONE EITHER!
BECAUSE ONCE THE SCAMMERS HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER OR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS, THEY WILL MAKE YOUR MONEY DISAPPEAR.
AND IT IS YOUR FAULT BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T KNOW BETTER AND YOU GAVE IT TO THEM VOLUNTARILY. THEY DID NOT STEAL IT.
