Ideal Wealth Builders My Search for Grants and Funding-Unauthorized charge to my debit card after membership cancelled Internet Kansas

Several weeks ago I was searching for possible grants and funding to help with repairs on my home before winter. I signed up with My Search for Grants and Funding and was charged 1.98 for shipping the CD. No biggie. I was given immediate access to the site. Great. However, the next day I found out my hours were to be cut at work due to budget woes, so I emailed them to cancel immediately and got a confirmation number. A few days later I see a charge for $69.99 on my bank account. I called the number and was told that I can't cancel on line and it wasn't valid. I explain I have a cancellation confirmation number and she continues to tell me it is not valid- it has to be on the phone. After going back and forth with her, she finally gives me a new cancellation number and tells me I will be reimbursed. I ask about 2 other charges for e-books that I never bought. She told me that when I signed up for the grant search, I was automatically signed up for the e-books and charges of $3.72 and $3.77 were not refundable. Now, several weeks later, I am looking at my bank account on line and see a charge of $30 for Ideal Wealth Builders. I have been trying to call the number listed but all I get is voice mail.
