Upon reviewing my bank account, I
realized "privacymatters.com" had billed me $19.95 on 1/31 and again on 3/5. I called the toll free number and there is a prompt that asks to enter credit card number to verify account. After doing this, an automated system told me my account was canceled.

I prompted through to a live operator who notified me that I had in fact canceled my "privacymatters123" account but still had a "privacymatters identity" account active.

I found the site to be a total scam that I canceled minutes after initally enrolling in January and I was unaware that I had signed up for "multiple services" from this company. They did refund the March charge, but refused to refund the January 31 charge.

Let this serve as notice to "Privacymatters.com"....If I see any further charges on my credit card I will see them in court.
